Odeskabel participated in the “Re-branding your union” seminar

Representatives of PJSC Odeskabel participated in the international seminar “Re-branding your union. A workshop for trade union leaders”, organized by the European Federation of Public Service Unions (EPSU). The event brought together trade union leaders and organizers from 15 countries across Central and South-Eastern Europe in Croatia to discuss modern approaches to the development of the trade union movement.

Over the course of two days, participants explored key aspects of trade union rebranding, including:
• the development of digital organizing processes;
• the use of modern communication tools;
• the renewal of visual identity;
• the implementation of innovative working methods.

Participation in the seminar provided Odeskabel representatives with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with leading European practices, exchange experiences with colleagues from other countries, and strengthen the company’s vision for the further development of its trade union organization.
