Fire-resistant halogen-free control cables FE180/E30 KMPvVEng-FRHF (JE-H(ST)H BD FE180/E30)
Application
Fire resistant and halogen free cables, are intended for installation in alarm, signaling, transmission, sound warning and similar systems, also for data processing systems and analogue or digital data transmission in industrial electronics and control applications in objects of sharp fire protection requirements, particularly in fire alarm and fire automatic control systems. Functions of the cables are maintained – data are transmitted and power is supplied to equipment which must operate in fire conditions and during firefighting (e.g. emergency lightning). The cables are flame retardant and their smoke emission is low, emitted fumes are non-toxic and non-corrosive. The cables are suitable for indoor installations.
Construction
1. Conductor: bare copper, solid or stranded (acc. to EN 60228 class 1 or 2);
2. Insulation: mica tape and halogen free compound
(Insulated cors laid-up into pairs. All pairs in the elementary units are colored individually);
3. Core wrapping: polymer tape;
4. Shield: overall electrostatic shield incorporating a alumopolymer foil and tinned copper drain wire;
5. Outer sheath: halogen free compound (Red color. Other colors upon request).
