Single core installation wires with copper conductor PVC insulated PV 1 450/750V, PV 2 450/750V, PV 5 450/750V
Application
Single core copper wires are designed for fixed installation, in control and signal circuits, installed in protective pipes and inside electrical apparatus, for rated voltage up to 450 V AC (for networks up to 450/750 V) at frequency up to 400 Hz or up to 1000 V DC.
Installation of the product should only be carried out by personnel trained and qualified for electrical works.
Construction
1. Conductor: copper round solid or round stranded acc. to EN 60228 class 1 or 2 or 5;
2. Insulation: PVC compound
(Insulation color: white, yellow, red, blue, green, brown, black, yellow-green. Other colours are available upon request).
Design Versions
by flexibility class:
PV1 – wires with copper round solid (class 1 acc. to EN 60228), for fixed installation;
PV2 - wires with copper round stranded (class 2 acc. to EN 60228), for fixed installation in areas where bending are possible;
PV5 - wires with copper round stranded (class 5 acc. to EN 60228), for fixed installation in areas where frequent bending are possible.
by flame retardant performance:
PVng-LS1 - wires with low smoke/gas emission flame retardant performance acc. to IEC 60332-3.
PVng-LS2 - wires with low smoke/gas emission flame retardant performance acc. to IEC 60332-3.
PVng-LS5 - wires with low smoke/gas emission flame retardant performance acc. to IEC 60332-3.
