Odeskabel at the Cabex 2012, CIS leading cable exhibition

Between 13 and 16 March 2012, Odeskabel, as a regular exhibitor, demonstrated its new products at Cabex 2012, the major specialized cable exhibition (ECC “Sokolniki”, Moscow, Russia).Cabex exhibition is the prime event within the electro-technical industry connecting participants and customers of the wire & cable market. Every year, the exhibition represents domestic and foreign innovative solutions in the CIS cable industry.

This year, over 160 leading cable companies from 17 countries have participated in the exhibition, namely Russia, Belarus, Turkey, Serbia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, etc.

Exhibition stands were exposed on over 4500 square meters and displayed a wide range of cable and wire products of all types, cable fittings and accessories, components and appliances for the cable installations, cable processing equipment, scientific researches and developments.

At Odeskabel’s stand, the visitors were able to see and examine a wide range of the plant’s products (conventional copper communication cables, fiber optic cables, LAN-cables, including multipair Cat 5 cables, power cables, multipurpose wires and cords), find out about production novelties, obtain competent consultation on technical matters, supply conditions and partnership possibilities. This year, medium voltage power cables were the most popular at Odeskabel’s stand.

One of the plant’s new products was heating cables for electrical heating applied in the “warm floor” systems for heating of premises, snow-melting and anti-icing systems (including those for open roof surfaces, pavements, stadiums, etc.), and also for heating of greenhouses and pit frames, which has become very popular recently.
