New power cables test station put into operation

A new station for high-voltage testing of power cables for medium voltage of up to 35 kV has been put into operation.

Based on the results of the primary acceptance carried out by a territorial State Consumer Standards body, the SR-100 (Shanghai Dielec Electronics, China) test station has been recognized as corresponding to the technical specifications (Certificate # 09-ЕМ dated 25.03.2011).

The station allows high-voltage testing of power cables for medium voltage of up to 6, 10, 20, and 35 kV, as well as defining the level of partial discharge on factory lengths and cable samples.
