Odeskabel JSC has issued a web-page on the SMIDA web-site

According to Article 78 of Clause 3 of the Ukrainian Law "About joint-stock companies" Odeskabel JSC has opened a web-page on the web-site of the State Stock Market Infrastructure Development Agency (www.smida.gov.ua).
The page contains information subject to publication according to the legislation, namely: the company's charter, stockholders meeting regulations, supervisory board regulations, executive board and auditing committee provisions, branch business regulations, corporate management strategy (code), minutes of stockholders meetings, auditing committee's and audotor's resolutions, annual accounts, etc.
