JSC Odeskabel renamed into PJSC Odeskabel

Dear Sirs,

In accordance with "The law of the Ukraine about joint-stock companies" and resolution of the General Meeting of JSC Odeskabel (Record #18 dd. 12 October 2011), a decision has been made to change the type of the joint-stock company. 

As provided by the new version of the Charter, registered on 7 November 2011, Open Joint-stock company Odeskabel has changed the type of the joint-stock company into the Public Joint-stock company.

So, starting from 7 November 2011, the name of the company is as follows: Public Joint-stock Company Odeskabel (Odeskabel PJSC).

The address and bank details remain unchanged.

Please note the above changes and use our new name in documents.
