Odeskabel provided a sponsorship for International Forum “Around Cable, Around IP‘12”

On 25 April 2012, the 7th International Forum on Information and Communications “Around Cable, Around IP” has gathered attendees, sponsors, partners and other participants in NSK “Olimpiyskiy” (Kiev, Ukraine). Odeskabel, leader of the communication cables industry in Ukraine, participated as a sponsor in ACAIP-2012.

ACAIP-2012 is unique specialized event annually visited by hundreds of local and foreign experts of assembling technology and servicing of the telecommunication wire lines network. This year, more than 500 specialists from hi-tech industry have joined this event. In fact, this society quickly turns into a place for revelation, discussion and following accomplishment of the projects designated to develop information and communication field in Ukraine.

Topics covered within the forum included a wide circle of questions related to designing, construction, modernization and utilization of communication network based on copper and fibro optical cables.

Odeskabel has always stated that the telecommunications industry remains to be its primary operating market, therefore such event as International Forum on Information and Communications as a challenging opportunity for successful development. This year, Odeskabel Plant acted as a sponsor of ACAIP Forum.

During this year Odeskabel Plant has broadened the range of LAN-cables for telecommunications market. Serial production of the following LAN-cable types was set up:

• Multipair cable (8, 16, 24 и 64 pairs) for designing the networks of wideband client’s access corporative and subdivided structured cable systems realized via UTP and FTP; ­
• Cable for designing the networks of wideband client’s access, corporative and subdivided structured cable systems in complex electro-magnetic conditions and large number of ports; ­
• Armoured cable for cross-linked networks utilized in increased danger conditions for the lines to be physical damaging by rodents or vandals; ­
• Cable for designing the networks of wideband client’s access and indoor structured networks, realized in 2 cores (4 pairs each) with own, mutually joined, coverings to ensure on assembling convenience, identification and utilization.

Presentation by Odeskabel Marketing and Sales Executive, F.V. Toporkov, provided detailed insight of the advantages and distinctions of multipair LAN-cables manufactured at the Plant. Moreover, all the visitors could familiarize themselves with the above cables at ACAIP.
